Pope Ratzinger
"Thank you for your love and your support. May you experience the joy of always put Christ at the center of your life. " This was the last tweet by Pope Benedetto XVI. Today was his last day as pope. Today Joseph Ratzinger talked to 200 thousand Catholics saying "Goodbye".Pope Ratzinger took a helicopter to Castle Gandolfo where he did the last farewell from the small windows of the building. Many people have cried after he left. This has been one of the most important events in the past decades. Only one other Pope has dismissed from his charge, Pope Celestino V.  Ratzinger said he dismissed because he was ill and he wanted to leave his place to a younger Pope which could only benefit the current situation of the Catholic church.
